Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReviewMore ("the Service") operated by ReviewMore ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewMore provides automated Google review request software for home service contractors, including automated SMS messaging, AI-generated review response drafts, Google Business Profile integration, and related features as described on our pricing page.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
  • We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, a valid payment method is required to continue.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
  • We do not offer annual contracts. All plans are month-to-month.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not apply to your current billing period.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using ReviewMore, you agree to:

  • Only add customers with whom you have an established business relationship (completed a job for them)
  • Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable state and federal laws governing commercial SMS messaging
  • Not use the Service to send unsolicited messages to people who have not done business with you
  • Honor opt-out requests — if a customer opts out through our system, never re-add them
  • Comply with Google's review policies — never offer incentives for reviews, never gate reviews, never post fake reviews
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them
  • Provide accurate business information during setup

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ReviewMore to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any person
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
  • Resell or white-label the Service without written permission
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Solicit reviews in exchange for discounts, gifts, or any compensation

6. Done For You (DFY) Service Terms

The Done For You plan includes active management of your review campaigns. Additional terms apply:

  • 10-review guarantee: If you do not receive at least 10 new verified Google reviews in your first 30 days on the DFY plan, we will continue managing your account at no additional charge until you reach 10 reviews. This guarantee requires that you provide accurate customer data and that your Google Business Profile is in good standing.
  • The guarantee does not apply if Google removes reviews for policy violations or if fewer than 30 customer contacts are provided in the first 30 days.
  • DFY plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.

7. SMS Compliance Responsibility

While ReviewMore builds TCPA-compliant infrastructure (opt-out handling, time window restrictions, message frequency limits), you are ultimately responsible for the legality of the messages sent through your account. You represent that you have the legal right to contact each customer you add to the system and that doing so complies with applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

ReviewMore and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReviewMore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and customer lists.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC NUMBER OF REVIEWS, RANKING IMPROVEMENTS, OR REVENUE INCREASES (EXCEPT AS STATED IN THE DFY GUARANTEE ABOVE).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEWMORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required by law. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your access ends at the close of your current billing period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ReviewMore is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not class action.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you by email 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
